We will collect your details needed for the invoice and have our accounts team issue an invoice. Invoices can also be paid via bank transfer and credit or debit card. You will receive an order confirmation email from us immediately after purchase and a tax receipt after payment.
- Commercial Range: Our shipping to America is free with every order and takes 4-6 weeks including handling. International orders are an additional charge but generally include the same shipping time. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
- We support return of goods without reasons within 5 days after the order is confirmed. We inspect every unit before the delivery to ensure that every machine is at its optimal condition and is packed well. There is possible occurance of scratch or other forms of damage on the unit during the transportation. Please check the unit as soon as possible when you receive it. If there is any functional issue on the unit, please contact us timely.
