As our dehydrators are large unit with full stainless steel structure, Which is heavy with wooden package. We can not support returning the goods once you have received the goods. We support refunds without reasons within 5 days after the order is confirmed. Which mean you can get your money back within 5days after placing the order. We can not support the refund during the delivery or after receiving the goods. Please do consider it very well before making the purchase. We will absolutely provide all the information you may need to help you make the right decision. While under the worst case that you can not receive the goods eventually or goods has been lost, You will either get the refund or another new replacement.
